Guide for generating CMR consignment notes from the Telegram bot.

When to generate a CMR
Open the card of a completed trip and click the CMR button. The CMR is generated based on the trip data — addresses, cargo, driver, vehicle.
💡 Tip: You can generate a CMR for trips that are not yet completed, but it is recommended to enter all data beforehand.

CMR wizard
Fill in additional fields: packaging type, quantity, markings, goods description, and notes. These fields are optional but enrich the document.

Auto-numbering
Each CMR receives a unique number in the format CMR-YYYY-NNN, unique to your company.

PDF document
The CMR is generated as a professional PDF with Latin font (Roboto), ready for printing on A4.

The PDF is sent as a file directly in the Telegram chat — download it with one click.
