Complete guide for creating, searching and managing trips through the Telegram bot.

Creating a trip

Open Main menu β†’ New trip. Select a vehicle, then a driver. Enter the pickup city and address, delivery city and address, then select a client. Finally, enter the cargo description, weight, and price. Alternatively, use Quick trip which requires only 4 steps.

Trip list

View all trips with a status filter (created, in progress, completed, cancelled). The list shows 10 trips per page with pagination.

Search

Use search to quickly find a trip β€” search by number, client, city, or driver.

Trip statuses

Each trip goes through phases: Created β†’ In Progress β†’ Completed. A trip can also be cancelled. You can change the status from the trip card.

Editing a trip

Open the trip card and edit any field β€” city, address, cargo, price, driver, vehicle, or client. Editing is available while the trip status is Created or In Progress.

Duplicating a trip

Create a copy of an existing trip for a similar route β€” save time on repeat deliveries.

Templates

Save a trip as a template for your most common routes. Create a new trip from a template in one click.

Export to Excel

Export all trips or filtered by status to an .xlsx file. Available on the Early Adopter and PRO plans.
